BHPH DMS: Show me the Scanners!

Along with Deal Pack’s standard features, there are several items we offer that some of our customers don’t know about. Below is a list of a few of these items and how they can benefit you and your company.

 

  1. Bar Code Scanner- This integration allows you to take payments more quickly and conveniently. Customers are given key tags in which they give to you every time they come in to take a payment. This key tag holds all the customer information and will pull the customer’s account up in Deal Pack. This may come in hand if you’re your payment processing center is overwhelmed with customers wanting to make walk-in payments.
  2. Driver’s License Scanner-This feature also allows you to save time when it comes to entering a customer’s information. Data entry is an extremely time consuming task. With the driver’s license scanner, you have the ability to scan a driver’s license and all the customers information will automatically be entered in Deal Pack for you. Also, an image of the driver’s license will be stored in your database for that customer.
  3. Fingerprint Scanner- If you would like a little more security on your database, this is the feature for you. With this feature your employees can be set up to log into Deal Pack by scanning their fingerprints instead of typing in their security codes.
